If the product has variations in size, color, or technical specifications, ensure that you have made the correct selection from the respective dropdown menu. After adding the product to your shopping cart, also review any necessary accessories recommended by the system for the product. When you’re ready with your shopping cart, proceed to place your order.

There are various payment methods available for paying for the order. Choose a credit or debit card and you will be directed to a payment gateway where you can select the corresponding bank link and complete the payment. To pay with a credit or debit card, enter your card details.

When placing an order, you can choose your preferred shipping method for receiving the goods. The shipping cost depends on the dimensions and weight of the ordered item.
The delivery time depends on the chosen light fixture and can vary from three days to three weeks. An approximate delivery time is indicated for each light fixture, but the order may arrive slightly earlier or later. We strive to ensure that your selected light fixtures arrive to you as quickly as possible.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the timeframe specified for the ordered products, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can investigate the delay. If necessary, we are happy to offer a replacement product or find some other compromise. If it turns out that the ordered light fixture is no longer available or has been lost during delivery, we will refund the order amount.

If you wish to track your shipment, it is possible to do so after we have dispatched the ordered item from our warehouse. To do this, inquire about the tracking number from our team via the chat window.
If you want to change your delivery address after placing the order, please send us an email at info@light24.net. Make sure to include your name, phone number, order number, and the new delivery address in the email.
If the shipment is delivered to you by a courier, take a few moments to inspect it in the presence of the courier. If the product has been damaged during transport for any reason, document it in the presence of the courier (take photos or video) and send the relevant information to us at info@light24.net
If you ordered the shipment to a parcel locker, follow the same procedure. The sooner you notify us of the damaged shipment, the easier it will be for us to investigate the situation and offer a suitable solution (exchange of the product, arranging a return, etc).
Late claims regarding external defects of the product are usually difficult for us to satisfy.
All products come with a 2-year warranty, unless the manufacturer provides a longer warranty, such as for LED lights, etc. The warranty certificate is the issued invoice.
If a product develops a fault or issue during the warranty period, please contact us immediately. It’s possible that the problem can be resolved with the appropriate maintenance or by replacing necessary parts.

If you received the wrong or damaged product, please notify us immediately, and we will do our best to get you the desired product as soon as possible.
For damaged products, please take a picture of the problem with the product, add a brief description, and send it to us via email at info@light24.net
If the product doesn’t suit you for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the product.
If the product does not suit you for any reason, you have the option to return it within 30 days of receiving the goods. The light fixture must be undamaged, in its original packaging, and saleable.
To return the goods, please fill out the “Return Form“.
We will refund the full price of the product within 14 days after we have received the light fixtures in our warehouse. Shipping costs associated with the return are not included.

If you wish to make minor modifications to your light fixture, we are more than happy to assist: for example, adjusting the height of pendant lights from the ceiling, adding a switch to wall lights, etc.
